जनांकिकीय लाभांश/demographic dividend

किसी देश की जनांकिकीय लाभांश का अर्थ यह होता है कि उस देश की कुल जनसंख्या में कार्यकारी जनसंख्या का भाग अधिक है।
यह देह के विकास में अत्यंत सहायक होती है, क्योंकि 15 से 59 वर्ष की आयु वर्ग की जनसंख्या उत्पादक होती है। भारत मे विश्व की सबसे अधिक कार्यकारी जनसंख्या है। अत: अगर इस जनसंख्या के कौशल विकास को प्रोत्साहन दिया जाए तो यह तकनीकी रूप से सक्षम व उत्पादक हो जाएगी, जो देश के विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी।

The demographic dividend of a country means that the total population of that country is more in the working population.
It is very helpful in the development of the body, because the population of the age group of 15 to 59 years is productive. India has the most executive population in the world. So if the skills development of this population is encouraged, it will become technically competent and productive, which will play an important role in the development of the country.
